She has lived in Paris and Sussex as a young woman and learned more about patisserie and European baking traditions from here. When Bettina and her husband moved to America, they were not able to find great places where European baking was available. This lead them to opening Le Lune Sucree, which is one of the best local attractions in San Jose.
