The Pyramids

The River Nile
One of the world's most impressive river cruising opportunities, a trip down the River Nile offers up a range of great ancient sites and spectacular scenery. Taking a cruise down the Nile will allow you to visit some of the most famous ancient temples, including Karnak, Edfu, Philae and Abu Simbel, as well as the fantastic Valley of the Kings, which is dotted with a number of ancient tombs. The river cruise is also a great way to see some of the regions animals, from the Nile crocodiles to its river birds.
Desert Trekking
The final attraction on our list is the brilliant desert trekking on offer. No matter the mode of transport, be it on foot, in a 4x4 or on camel back, a trip out into the desert is a breath-taking adventure. Desert treks often focus on some of the region's most famous natural wonders, like the mineral sculptures of the White Desert or the picturesque Bahariya Oasis, and are bound to provide you with experiences and memories you'll treasure forever.
