With heavy influences from both India and China, the dishes tend to focus around simple foods, chicken, fish, rice and so on. The climate

With the temperature averaging 27 °C over the entire year, it's easy to understand why the country attracts so many visitors. The current Malaysian climate has a very dry summer season, meaning holidays book during the season are unlikely to suffer from a sudden downpour. The climate is also ideal for beach lovers and, when combined with the regions beautiful beaches, makes for a fantastic holiday experience. Visitors to the regions beaches also have access to a wide array of water sports, for when the weather gets a little too hot.

The culture

As with its food, the Malaysian culture is formed of a few many multicultural strands, the main Malay culture, a Chinese culture, an Indian culture & a Eurasian culture. This mix of cultural influences combined with the more traditional local Malay history makes the country a fascinating cultural destination. The regions culture is most obvious in its numerous temples, mosques and churches as well as in the country's fantastic local arts and crafts.
